  • APARTMENT No. 1                                                       

This is on the ground floor and has magnificent sea views of the whole of Torbay from the lounge window. Accommodation comprises: Entrance hall; one double bedroom with twin beds, bathroom and toilet; open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge, with a very comfortable double bed-settee. Colour television set.   • APARTMENT No. 2                                             
    This is also on the ground floor and has a glimpse of the sea through newly fitted french doors. Entrance hall; double bedroom with double bed; bathroom and toilet; open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge, with a very comfortable double bed-settee. Colour television set.   • APARTMENT No. 3
    A south-facing apartment on the first floor, with sea views across the bay to Brixham and Berry Head from the lounge window. Entrance hall; double bedroom with double bed; bathroom and toilet; open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge, with a very comfortable double bed-settee. Colour television set. Large twin bedded bedroom off Lounge. Sleeps up to 6 persons.
     

  • APARTMENT No. 4
    On the first floor with good sea views across the bay to Torquay and Thatcher's Rock etc from the lounge window. Entrance hall, large bedroom with double bed and bunk beds (family room), bathroom and toilet open plan kitchen/diner/lounge, with a very comfortable double bed settee. Colour television set. (Note: the bunk beds are provided to give greater flexibility when organising sleeping arrangements, but the capacity of the apartment must not exceed i.e. 4 persons). Sleeps up to 4 persons.

 

                                                                                                                        


  • APARTMENT No. 5
    Also on the first floor. This is the largest apartment and it has superb panoramic sea views of the whole of Torbay from the lounge window. It is unlikely that you will ever tire of this beautiful view as there is always something to watch; boats and shipping in the bay, people playing and relaxing on the green, etc. There are also sea views from both bedrooms across the bay to Torquay. Entrance hall; 1 double bedroom with twin beds; 1 double bedroom; bathroom and toilet; open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge, with a very comfortable double bed-settee. Colour television set.   • APARTMENT No. 6
    A ground floor apartment with lounge and kitchen windows overlooking the extensive lawn and gardens. Accommodation comprises: entrance hall, spacious double bedroom with twin beds and bunk beds (family room), bathroom and toilet open plan kitchen/diner/lounge, with a very comfortable double bed settee. Colour television set. (Note: the bunk beds are provided to give greater flexibility when organising sleeping arrangements, but the capacity of the apartment must not exceed i.e. 4 persons). Sleeps up to 4 persons.


  • APARTMENT No.7
    A first floor apartment with a glimpse of the sea and Thatcher Rock from the lounge window. The lounge and kitchen windows also have excellent views of the garden. From the bedroom window there is a sea view in the direction of Berry Head. Accommodation comprises: Hall; bedroom with double bed; bathroom and toilet with coloured suite; open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge. Colour television set. Sleeps 2 persons.
  • APARTMENT No. 8
    A ground floor apartment with access through a patio door into a conservatory on the rear with French doors leading on to a private Decking patio area. Accommodation comprises of: entrance hall, 1 double bedroom with double bed, 1 double bedroom fitted with twin beds, Bathroom and toilet, kitchen/lounge and conservatory /diner. Lounge has double bed settee, colour television set. Sleeps up to 6 persons.
  • APARTMENT No. 9
    A first floor apartment with excellent sea views across the bay to Brixham from the lounge window. Accommodation comprises-of: Hall, double bedroom with twin beds, bathroom and toilet suite, kitchen/diner/lounge with bed settee, colour television set. Sleeps 2 persons.

    All the apartments have the use of our private grounds to enjoy the lawned area whether it is relaxing in the sunshine or playing games, a number of apartments have private patio areas.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

I. If we do not receive the balance of your account 28 DAYS before the holiday is due to commence the reservation will be deemed to be cancelled, and the deposit forfeited.
2. Only the persons listed on the Reservation Form may use the accommodation. Please DO NOT invite friends or relatives into the Apartment, or allow them to use the car park.
3. Should the holiday be cancelled by the hirer, he will be held responsible for the full amount of the booking, unless the accommodation is re-let. The 25% deposit, however, is non-returnable. Guests are, therefore, recommended to insure against this possibility.
4. The person making the reservation must be 21 years of age or over. Parties of single persons will not be accepted.
5. The capacity of the Apartment must not be exceeded.
6. We regret that PETS cannot be accepted.
7. The hirer will be held responsible for the contents of the Apartment during his stay. Breakages, or damages, must be reported immediately (not at the end of your holiday), so that these may be made good. The hirer will be responsible for any cost incurred in this respect.
8. Possession of the apartment must not be taken before 2p.m. or after 6 p.m by appointment only on the day of arrival. The Apartment must be vacated by 9.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
9. Charges are from Saturday to Saturday. Mid-week bookings are acceptable early and late season if these are available.
10. Guests must ensure that there is no unreasonable amount of noise within their Apartment at any time, and in particular that any radio, television, etc. , is kept off between midnight and 8a.m.
II. The hirer shall allow the Proprietors, or their Agent, to enter the Apartment at all reasonable times for the purpose of examining the state and condition thereof and of the furniture and household effects.
12. The proprietors shall not be liable to any person for any personal injury, or loss of, or damage to property, however caused or sustained.
13. The booking is made on the understanding that the Apartment will be placed at your disposal on the date stated. Should this not be possible through circumstances not under the control of the Proprietors (e.g. fire, theft or damage) we cannot guarantee to provide an alternative Apartment, in which case the booking deposit, and, if paid, the balance will be returned to you in full, but you will have no claim against the Proprietors.
14. The submission of a Reservation Form with deposit does not commit the Proprietors in any way.

15. All cars parked in car park are at owners risk.

16. Apartments 3, 5 & 8 allowed upto 2 cars, all other apartments 1 car only.

17. We are a non smoking establishment.
